Medici’s vision was to create a firm that provided strategic financial support to entrepreneurs, small business owners, and real estate investors in New York’s Capital Region. Since Medici’s inception, the firm has helped dozens of clients throughout New York and New England achieve financial goals, complete major projects, and secure millions of dollars in financing. Over the years it was determined that there was a significant need among real estate investors and developers for strategic financial advisory services. In 2024, Medici was rebranded and re-launched as Ascend Real Estate Advisors LLC to better align with the company’s new focus on clients in the real estate sector. Ascend is hyper-focused on helping our real estate investor and developer clients: identify improvements to their current financial model and processes; help them secure appropriate financing; plan and execute projects; and oversee their portfolio’s financial success.
